Dennis Bruijns has a long track record within Conclusion. A career that began nearly twenty years ago as a consultant at the then-independent myBrand. Dennis became regional director for the South in 2015 and operational director of myBrand Conclusion in 2023. Now, he takes a new step in his career at Conclusion with his appointment as Director of Conclusion OneShore. With this business unit, Conclusion strengthens its services with an international delivery model. This is done with the mission to bring the right professionals together in the perfect balance between homeshore and nearshore talents. This allows us to grow with the changing needs of the market.

"You see that customer demands are becoming more complex. Digital transformation, integration of AI into business operations, migration to the cloud; these are developments that require significant IT effort. Both in terms of knowledge and tooling as well as energy and manpower," Dennis outlines. "Scaling up in the Netherlands is challenging due to the tight labor market. Conclusion OneShore collaborates with the Portuguese/Spanish Neotalent Conclusion, the Portuguese Score Conclusion, and the South African Lalandi Conclusion.
