Background within Conclusion
Van Hulst has been working at Conclusion since 2011. At that time, she was a Project Manager at digital learning agency BrightAlley, where she made the transition to Operations Manager in 2016. She then held the same role at Conclusion Learning Centers. Since 2018, Van Hulst has been the director of this agency, until it was sold to Archipel Academy in 2023. Van Hulst: "At the time of the sale, it quickly became clear that I was not done at Conclusion. After having held various positions at the two learning companies in the ecosystem, a great opportunity arose for me at Conclusion. I look forward to fully dedicating myself to the area of employees and talent, our most important asset."
Emiel van Boxtel, CFO at Conclusion and Director Conclusion Services: "Celine has long been connected to the Conclusion ecosystem, which means she knows the dynamics and understands how to get things done. At Conclusion, we are committed to being close to both the customer and the employee. By consolidating the entire employee journey in one place, we are making an important step. Moreover, we are growing larger and more international. With her tremendous drive, connecting character, and her experience at the helm of a company, Celine is extremely suitable for this role. I am glad that she will take responsibility for such an important topic."
With over thirteen years of experience within the organization, Van Hulst knows Conclusion inside out: "It is an entrepreneurial company where the development of the individual is always central. There are endless possibilities; we never stand still. I strive to provide the companies within our ecosystem with all the tools to develop talent and offer sufficient potential. For this, I work closely with management, HR, and recruitment professionals from all Conclusion labels. For establishing a strong employer brand, our marketing and communications department is my main sparring partner."
The individual at the center
Conclusion has many great initiatives in the area of people development. For example, policies are developed together with employees, who can provide their input during roundtable sessions. In addition, the company has a talent program, The Connection. In this program, employees are given a topic in groups, on which they can initiate projects. Van Hulst: "It is crucial to involve employees in everything that concerns them; after all, they are the core. It is great to see so much enthusiasm for this from all companies. That involvement is what I do it for."
