Dell Technologies launches PowerStore 4.3: more storage, smart data insights, and better cybersecurity

Key updates in PowerStore 4.3:

Maximum savings with high-density QLC: the 30TB QLC drives provide higher storage density and lower costs, with up to 2 PB of storage in just 2U of rack space, doubling the capacity per rack unit.1 The system also delivers up to 23% better energy efficiency2 and up to 15% lower total cost of ownership (TCO), without compromising on performance.3
Enhanced digital resilience: via Fibre Channel (FC), PowerStore offers improved data protection with synchronous replication against data loss, asynchronous replication with RPO of up to 5 minutes, metro-sync replication with automatic failover for zero RPO and RTO, and multiple authorization for extra security of critical changes.
Simplified file management: support for advanced NFSv4.2 functionality (such as Server-Side Copy, Sparse Files, and Labeled NFS) and the new Top Talkers feature, which provides insight into resource usage and simplifies monitoring of IOPS and bandwidth, as well as applying QoS policies.
