Future-oriented integration process

Since September 2023, Felton has been part of the Interstellar Group. The external integration, which formally starts today, is a logical next step. Earlier, eight labels were already merged into Interstellar IT Services. The experiences gained during this process now form the basis for a careful and future-oriented integration trajectory.

'We have learned a lot from our previous integrations and are now applying those insights directly,' says Edwin Prinsen, CEO of Interstellar IT Services. 'It's integration 2.0: with a clear focus on collaboration, customer value, and efficiency, while maintaining the culture and strength of Felton. Their approach with customer teams is a proven success, and we will certainly maintain that.'

What is changing?

From today, the name Interstellar will be used in all communication to customers and relationships of Felton. Quotes, emails, and other documents will now carry this brand. Felton will still legally exist but will operate under the name Interstellar. Customers will gain access to a broader portfolio of IT solutions through the integration, including in the areas of cybersecurity, cloud, productivity, and infrastructure.

One organization, more impact

With the integration of Felton, Interstellar IT Services is further growing as a national IT service provider with strong local roots. 'We maintain our personal customer approach, but add a tremendous broadening of expertise.
