Precision in every pixel: the Hasselblad Master camera system
The OPPO Find X9 series continues the legacy of the Find X in imaging innovation with a next-generation Hasselblad Master camera system. By combining advanced hardware with computational photography, the series makes a significant leap in image quality.
Find X9 features a pro-level 50MP main camera with a 1/1.4 inch Sony LYT 808 sensor and an aperture of f/1.6, capturing 57% more light for stunning brightness. Additionally, the device has a versatile 50MP ultra-wide-angle camera with autofocus for macro photography and a 50MP periscope telephoto camera with a 1/1.95 inch Sony LYT600 sensor for superior zoom images. Complementing the three 50MP cameras is a True Color Camera, the first in the industry. This special spectral sensor accurately measures ambient light, ensuring more accurate color reproduction, even in the most challenging lighting conditions.
Find X9 Pro builds on this foundation with an improved main and telephoto lens camera. The Ultra XDR main camera features a custom 1/1.28 inch Sony LYT 828 sensor. This sensor utilizes Real-Time Triple Exposure technology that captures breathtaking details in both shadows and highlights. The Find X9 Pro introduces the 200MP Hasselblad telephoto lens to enhance the optical zoom function. This 3x camera, developed in collaboration with Hasselblad, features a large 1/1.56 inch 200MP sensor. It is combined with a Hasselblad-certified lens that has an ultra-fast aperture of f/2.1 for superior light capture and a minimum focus distance of 10 cm for stunning macro images. OPPO has also developed an Active Optical Alignment process that precisely aligns the lens to the sensor, further increasing resolution by 15%.
The brand new LUMO Image Engine makes its debut in the Find X9 series. This is OPPO's suite of computational photography algorithms that enhance brightness, dynamic range, and color while ensuring photos look natural. By rebuilding the image processing pipeline with Parallel Computing, the solution achieves more with less: up to 50% less CPU usage, 60% less memory usage, and 50% less power consumption. [1]
The efficiency of the LUMO Image Engine harnesses the full potential of high-resolution sensors. In bright daylight, users can take standard photos at full 50MP resolution, giving them more than four times the detail of standard 12MP photos. In lower light or other challenging conditions, the camera intelligently selects the 25MP or 12MP mode, using pixel binning for superior noise reduction.
The series also introduces 4K Motion Photos, the first in the industry, raising the video resolution of these moving photos from 1080p to 4K for even brighter results. Additionally, users can extract each frame as a high-resolution still image, capturing every moment in perfect detail.

By intelligently cropping the 200MP sensor, the Find X9 Pro delivers high-quality zoom up to 13.2x without loss of quality. Find X9 has a massive 7025mAh battery, all in a slim profile of 7.99 mm. The Find X9 Pro benefits from its larger size with an even larger 7500mAh battery, the largest in all OPPO flagships.
It is possible to fit such a powerful battery into a slim frame thanks to the third generation of OPPO's silicon-carbon battery, which contains 15% silicon. The Find X9 series has a modern look with flat aesthetics and a subtly curved frame for a comfortable grip. The streamlined camera module is positioned so that fingers do not touch them during use.
Both models feature a flat screen of the latest generation with ultra-thin symmetrical edges of 1.15 mm for an immersive, borderless viewing experience. The Find X9 series is powered by the advanced MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset. This is built on TSMC's third-generation 3nm process, and the All-Big-Core CPU architecture delivers up to 32% higher performance and 55% less peak power consumption. The Arm G1-Ultra GPU also provides a massive boost, with 33% higher graphics performance and 42% better energy efficiency, while the new MediaTek NPU 990 offers more than double the performance with 56% more efficiency. The all-new Trinity Engine from OPPO, developed in close collaboration with MediaTek, redefines resource management at the chip level for sustained high performance and superior energy efficiency. This includes features such as Chip-Level Dynamic Frame Sync for smoother performance in demanding scenarios, a Unified Computing Power model for over 90% accuracy in predicting power consumption, and Sensor Offload, resulting in 16.1% less power consumption during 4K 60fps HDR video recording. ColorOS 16, making its debut with the OPPO Find X9 series, sets a new standard for smoothness, intelligence, and connectivity.
Building on the foundation of Parallel Animation from ColorOS 15, the new Seamless Animation delivers instant, smooth interactions thanks to the entirely new Luminous Rendering Engine.
ColorOS 16 also offers a range of AI-driven features that enhance productivity and creativity. With AI Mind Space, users can capture content on the screen directly with the new Snap Key. AI Recorder automatically generates titles and summaries, while AI Portrait Glow balances underexposed portraits with a single tap by adjusting light and skin tones.
