Forklifts are often used in places where people and goods are constantly in motion, such as factories and logistics warehouses. Therefore, operators must drive safely. To evaluate the safety of driving forklifts, many customers install dashcams. However, it takes a lot of time to review the recorded footage to identify unsafe driving, and the evaluations are often inconsistent.

The AI Forklift Driving Analysis service utilizes Fujitsu Kozuchi to streamline the evaluation of safe driving and thus support safety training. AI, trained on forklift maneuvers and the operator's safety control behavior, analyzes dashcam footage to automatically detect unsafe actions. It automatically generates a safety scorecard for each operator by identifying potential risk scenarios and unsafe situations. This provides objective data that can be used for feedback. The detected actions can be efficiently reviewed, significantly reducing the time needed to assess video footage and increasing the operator's safety awareness.
