Cables that can do more and last longer
The latest USB-C cables from Fairphone are not only faster but also entirely made from recycled material. The copper core is 100% recycled, and the sheath, inner layer, and braid are all made from recycled plastic. And that offers
- Charging speed: up to 240W, four times faster than the previous generation.
- Data transfer: up to 20Gbps via USB 3.
- Video output via cable: 4K up to 120Hz and even 8K up to 30Hz.
- Durability: tested for over 70,000 bends and a 3-year warranty
For added flexibility, all cables come with a detachable USB-A adapter and a modular cable organizer. The three-year warranty and the LONGTIMEⓇ certificate confirm the focus on sustainability.
Fairphone chargers: high efficiency, smaller ecological footprint
The new 30W charger combines a compact size with universal fast charging. Safety features such as temperature and voltage control ensure reliable performance, while the casing is made entirely from recycled plastic.
A 65W variant with two USB-C ports and one USB-A port will follow later this year. This allows a laptop and two other devices to be charged simultaneously. Again, 100% green energy in production, e-waste neutrality, and an extended three-year warranty apply.
