'Net Zero as a Service' combines the powerful cloud solutions of SAP – such as SAP Sustainability Footprint Management, SAP Sustainability Data Exchange, SAP Green Token, and SAP Sustainability Control Tower – with Ambipar's expertise in the trading and generation of CO2 credits. Thanks to the partnership, customers can effectively manage and offset their CO2 emissions.
The service has been developed by the teams in Latin America from SAP and Ambipar and offers a complete end-to-end solution for CO2 management. SAP's solutions, including AI-based applications, support organizations worldwide in measuring their emissions and making timely and responsible decisions in both financial and environmental areas. Through Ambipar's platform AMBIFY, customers can offset CO2 emissions by purchasing internationally certified CO2 credits. AMBIFY is available in the SAP Store.
Targeted sustainability goals
The platform not only provides insights into CO2 emissions but also collects other essential sustainability data, such as water usage and social impact, through the SAP Sustainability Control Tower. This allows organizations to set specific sustainability goals and, thanks to accurate predictions, take targeted actions to reduce or neutralize their emissions.
Ambipar is currently testing the 'Net Zero as a Service' solution within its own operations to support its ambitious growth goals. This pilot utilizes SAP solutions, including SAP Sustainability Control Tower, to create a uniform database that enables efficient measurement and management of CO2 emissions.
Automating ESG reporting
